Ergo Results 4.1 - and then there were nine

Well done everyone who took part in week one of series 4 of the great Monmouth Ergo Challenge. There were two challenges this week, a 500m and a 5000m piece.

Red team was victorious in both events, so well done Toby, Mike S and John B.

500 meters - Red (104.6s); Black (105.8s) and Green (108.4s)

5000 meters - Red (1198.4s), Green (1227.8s) and Black (1239s)
