There are three parts to this's weeks challenge.
Part 1 is a 20min time trial.
Part 2 is 10 x 250m with 1 min rest between each serial.
You will need to enter three scores.
Your distance for 20 min; your total work time for the 10 x 250 excluding rest times and your time for the fastest 250m within the 10 x 250m.
On the submission page, you will have to enter each score separately, just select the event drop down box to choose.
