Congratulations to Monmouth Junior rowers, Ailsa, Elina and George who competited in yesteday's Welsh Indoor Rowing Championships in Cardiff.
Ailsa, age 13, got a Silver in WJ14. This was a strong field with over 20 entries and she lost to an established sea rower.
George, age 14 won Gold in J15 despite spending the day before training with established senior rowers.
Elina joined the gold rush by winning her J17 category.
Both Alisa and George have been Monmouth juniors together since age 11 and have had previous successes together aged just 11 and 12 at Cardiff Head.
