Well done everyone who did the Week 1 Erg Challenge. We had a great response and close results.
For the 500m Challenge, the winning team was BLUE with an average time of 1:45. Blue was made up of Al, Greg, Joe B, Liz L and Mary M.
For the 5 Km Challenge, the winner was YELLOW with an average time of 20:42. Yellow was made up of Gabby, James A, Maggie, Mike S and Toby.
The results were very close, with only a 5% difference between the teams. That's great consistency, which is what wins races.
