Winter Head Provisional Draw 2025

The Provisional Draw is now available in the documents section of the Winter Head webpage. Please check and report any issues to events@monmouthrc.org.uk by 6pm 2^nd December.

The Final Draw will be uploaded 3^rd December so please check back then for any possible changes.

We have tried to accommodate as many crews as possible but we are at maximum capacity, so cannot include all crews on the Waiting List. However, if you are now unable to attend, please let me know to free up a space for a crew on the Waiting List.

With the current rain forecast for the area, we are closely monitoring the river conditions and will make a final call by the end of the week to confirm if the event will go ahead or not. We will provide further information when the Final Draw is issued. 

As our parking fields are likely to be very muddy we will not be taking trailers through the fields so all trailers must enter via the tunnel. Please note there is a maximum height of 10ft, if your trailer is taller than this please contact us to make alternative arrangements. We will also provide further information for alternative parking for cars.
