Monmouth Rowing Club's Winter Head will be held on Sunday 4th December 2022. The race will be run under BR/Welsh Rowing rules of racing and BROE2 form of entry.
It is the perfect way to run a Winter Head, with crews boating in race order, rowing to the start and racing straight away...NO waiting... and all on the beautiful River Wye.
The Head is being run under the Points Ranking Index (PRI). Individual events may be banded dependent on entries and such banding will be made apparent in the Draw. Ranking points will be awarded across each Category regardless of Division. Masters Handicaps will be applied. Pennants will be awarded for Fastest Crews, Medals for will be awarded in ALL events where TWO or more boats start. “Time Only” racers will be charged 50% fee.
Entries close 12:00 noon Sunday 27th November 2022 Entries may close early if we are at capacity.
