Week 3 Erg Challenge - The Number of the Beast

This week's erg challenges are around the number 6 as next weekend is the MRC 6.0 Challenge in place of annual regatta, raising funds for this year's club charity, Mind.

After the long 30 min of last week (I'm still recovering) we have kept the challenges short so everyone can get them done relatively quickly & hopefully give everyone time to participate in the club challenge too! (could use these towards 6.0 challenge too)
