Winter 2025 Head Cancelled

With regret we have taken the difficult decision to Cancel our 2025 Winter Head scheduled for Sunday 7^thDecember.  

Please circulate this message to anyone you may think would benefit.

Reason for the Decision

River levels are already high and more rain is expected – falling onto saturated ground.

Looking at current Monmouth and upstream river levels (we look particularly at Builth Wells, Hereford and Ross, further up the River Wye) we can expect the levels to rise through Saturday and Sunday – And we are already about half-way between our own “Amber” and “Red” marks!!!

We’re sorry not to go ahead, but trust you appreciate that the decision had to be made.

We look forward to seeing you all at our Regatta (May 23 and 24 2026).
